Personalising Your Gift
If you’d like me to include a handwritten card telling the recipient that you’ve sent them a gift, then please email me with the information you’d like me to include (eg message; name of recipient; your name) at firstname.lastname@example.org
Full returns terms and conditions are at Clause 12 of the Terms and Conditions, but the basic returns policy is as per UK Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Information) Regulations 2013:
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, then email me right away at email@example.com to let me know. Send the faulty item back with the original invoice and I’ll refund your item as well as your original and return postage charges right away (if applicable).
- If you change your mind about your item, you’re not happy with it or wish to cancel your order, I’ll promptly refund you in full so long as you email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of it arriving, and so long as I get the item back in its original, sellable condition. I won’t reimburse original or return postage.
